The principle of the SN04-N proximity switch is based primarily on the technology of inductive proximity sensors. This sensor generates an alternating magnetic field by means of an oscillator. When a metallic target is close to this magnetic field and reaches the sensing distance, eddy currents are generated within the metallic target, which leads to oscillation attenuation or even stoppage of vibration. Oscillator oscillation and stop the vibration of the changes in the back stage amplifier circuit processing and converted into a switching signal, trigger drive control device, so as to achieve the purpose of non-contact detection. This sensor has lower environmental requirements, high response frequency, good resistance to environmental interference, wide range of applications, and lower prices.
